What we collect

• Analytics and advertising data. When you visit, we use the Meta Pixel and Microsoft Clarity to measure the performance of our ads and to understand how visitors use this page. This includes your IP address, browser user agent, the pages you view, how you scroll and click, and Meta's advertising cookies (_fbp, _fbc). We do not send your name or email address to Meta from this page.
• Purchase data. If you buy, checkout is handled by Hotmart, not by us. Hotmart collects your name, email and payment details and processes the payment. We receive your name and email so we can deliver the product and handle support and refunds.

Why we collect it

To deliver the product you bought, provide support, process refunds, and measure and improve our advertising. Our legal basis for advertising measurement is legitimate interest (or your consent, where local law requires it).

We do not sell your personal data.

How long we keep it

Purchase records are kept for as long as required by tax and accounting law. Advertising data is retained by Meta according to its own retention policy.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (GDPR in the EU/UK, the Privacy Act in Australia and New Zealand, PDPA in Singapore, PIPEDA in Canada), you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may object to processing. Email us at support@sosparentingkit.com and we will respond within 30 days.

Cookies

This page sets advertising cookies from Meta. You can block or delete them in your browser settings, and you can control ad personalisation in your Meta account settings.

Children

This product is sold to adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
